Instructor Bridget Kelly has twelve years of experience, a real love
of yoga and a passion for sharing this with others.
Classes are relaxed, affordable, accessible and open to all ages and
levels of ability.
Men, women and children are welcome.

ridget teaches yoga classes in the Vinyasa, Hatha, Remedial, Relaxation
and Partner Yoga Styles catering to all levels of yoga practice from
beginners to advanced levels.
All yoga equipment is provided.
G roup yoga classes are in the Rotunda 245b Oriental parade and at the
WellingtonYoga Studio, 1 Kensington St CBD:
Bridget offers group classes at your home, hotel, on the beach
or in the park. Classes are held at your office, hotel or house
in and around Oriental Bay and the CBD. All equipment is provided
and all levels of practice are catered for. (5 FOR $400)

Whether you are wanting to correct postural problems, are looking for
a physical challenge, or just want to stretch out and rejuvinate your
body, you will be satisfied!
Regular classes are a great way to improve muscle memory and the best
way to start or end your day. Come, unwind and focus on your body in
order to build awareness of your posture and understand the benefits
of the practise.
Your
aim is not for perfection but for general well being and peace of mind.
Classes are sometimes a challenge but always make you feel refreshed
and serene.
All
classes incorporate elements of:
Core strength postural, alignment correcting, strength exercises
Iyengar alignment (to prevent injury!) and inversions (rejuvinating,
great for circulation and internal/ mental health!).
If you have difficulty with a posture or injuries, adaptations using
props such as blocks and straps,
Astanga sun salutes (build heat, boost your metabolism,
create a purifying sweat, ridding the body of toxins. Giving you a good
workout and a sense on satisfaction).
Excellent cardio vascular exercise too.
Vinyasa flow (continuous linking of a series of postures
together).This means you gain benefits of twice as much yoga in the
one class! So, two hours of yoga in a one hour class
Kundalini exercises (to help give you calm, focused
energy. Ridding you of any negativity, illness or anger) . Work with
chakras.
Pranayama and Kriya (specific breathing/
cleansing techniques).
Qi Gong subtle yet profound meridian/ energy/ chi/
prana flow work
Yoga Nidra (led relaxation, lying down) to allow you
time to absorb the benefits of your practice, still your mind and heal
the body.
This is everyone's favourite bit! Done to the sound of the sea outside.
Savasana 10 minutes is equal to two hours of sleep. Allowing
you a true relaxation and a chance to find symmetry. Hugely benefitial
for any body.
Bridget
is also a masseuse.Working from home, in Oriental Bay.
