Bridget's Chai Masala Recipe

Enhances agni (pick-me-up)

Ingredients in order from most, to least amounts used...
(edit quantities to suit your tastes and the total amount you are making)
Water
Cardamom seeds whole/grind
Coriander seeds whole/grind
Ginger fresh chopped
Nutmeg ground
Cinnamon sticks
Pepper corns whole/grind
Cloves whole
Liquorice root
Allspice whole/grind

Boil then leave to sit overnight.

Add:
Hot water
Milk / rice / soy / oat / coconut etc
Vanilla pod (I assume you know you can dry and re-use)

Boil slowly. Stir continuously

Add:
Black tea ( I use caffiene free.You can leave this out too)
Sugar / honey / mollasses / golden syrup / maple syrup etc
