Booking required. Ages 8-14
Includes: Chair yoga - simple & effective
Fun breathing exercises - good for asthmatics. Stops reverse breathing
(which causes stress and anxiety disorders)
Balancing - who can stay the longest?
Easy upside down postures - change your perspective!
Basic sun salutes - memorise the movements
Thursday:
6:00 - 7:00 PM
One hour & a quarter of medium level yoga. Vinyasa Flow, followed
by some relaxation. This class is heading toward intermediate level
but all levels of ability are welcome and will benefit! Multiple options
are given throughout the class.
Friday: 9:30 - 10:45 AM
A more personalised class.
Adapting the level and postures to suit your requirements. Focus topics
such as: alignment, hips, core strength, balance, sun salutes, pranayama
etc
Saturday:
10:00 - 11:00 AM

Casuals Welcome
Two hours worth of yoga in an hour class. Some challenging options given
. Always feels so good by the end! Options and variations
to suit all bodies and levels of ability are given.
Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to enjoy your weekend.
Sunday: 5:00
- 6:00 PM
Rejuvinating class.
With flowing sequences of postures to create heat and detoxify.
The focus is on slowing down a little and being gentle.

Every class is open to all levels of ability. If you
are a beginner, have any injuries or are pregnant let the teacher know
before the class.
* Wear comfortable clothes. (There are spare unisex
clothes if you ever forget yours)
* Eat a small amount at least one hour before class,
two hours if possible.
* Sip small amounts of water during class or drink
before/after class. Avoid plastic bottles.
*Children
welcome. Please bring something fun and quiet for them to do
if they are too young to do yoga!
