I am finally losing some weight and gaining some upper body strength, so although I have to slowly ease my old rigid joints and bones into some postures and wibble wobble ungracefully... I can see that they are actually physically possible as I get a little better! I so admire your fluidity, balance and strength and poise...inspiring

I absolutely love Yoga By The Sea! Bridget's positive and enthusiastic energy makes every session a unique and uplifting experience. She is a natural teacher with an attentive and thorough approach. This yoga is never dull as new positions are introduced and old ones are varied according to the class. Practising yoga, whilst listening to the peaceful lapping of the ocean, with other lovely people, a fantastic teacher and a warm and comforting chai tea to follow can only make one leave with calm, clarity and the intention to return.

I think your class is excellent! You are so warm and welcoming to people of all abilities and make it a safe and non-judgmental forum to practice yoga. I felt entirely comfortable bringing my friend Sarah, and she said she felt relaxed and at ease in the class, despite never having done any yoga before - she has now taken up a yoga class in the UK!
I love the scents you use, the variety of postures you incorporate into the practice and your constant reinforcement that it does not matter how 'good' you are and whether you arrive in the 'perfect' posture first time; it is the trying and the journey that counts for most. Your love of yoga really comes through and resonates in the class. Your chai is delicious! And is such a lovely treat after the class.
Without wanting to sound sycophantic, I am so happy I have found you and your class - it keeps me grounded, both in body and mind, and gives me something to look forward to in the week.

I love your yoga class! I am getting stronger and more flexible each time I come. Your communication is great, and the class is always engaging and challenging and fun. I know it works for me as I have far fewer back and neck problems than I had 5 or10 years ago. Thank you for introducing me to yoga!
